Open letter to a muslim:
In the middle-east, there are many millions of Muslims becoming true disciples of Jesus Christ, many of them keeping their allegiance secret. Even in Saudi Arabia, many Muslims are coming to the truth that about the true God through dreams. As a Muslim, you know you don't have any guarantee that you will go into heaven after you die. When I speak to Muslims in different countries, I asked them to describe the Islamic belief about how a person gets into heaven and basically that convey that your good deeds have to outweigh your bad deeds (essentially exerting human effort - self-justification). Then I ask them where are you? Are you above the bar to get into heaven or below the bar? I have not met a single Muslim who has blessed assurance that he / she will attain eternal life. Then I ask; do you think heaven is perfect without sin? They say Yes, then I ask, but if you get into heaven with your sin, surely it will no-longer be a perfect place, because you would have spoilt it with your sin? Then they say, no human is without sin and nobody would get into heaven by their human efforts. I agree exactly - no human being is without sin and all have fallen short. So therefore, you need someone else or something else to atone for your sin? They agree and I say that God has provided the solution because God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) that who shall believe in Him, shall not perish, but shall have eternal life.
